Hi there! I’m Andrea the founder of Starlight Counseling & Wellness. I work directly with clients to build a healthier and more authentic life. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and mindfulness based practices.

Consultation

Initial phone or video consultation in order to chat so you can connect with me, learn about my therapeutic style, and see if we feel comfortable moving forward. Your comfort and fit with your therapist matter, and this brief call helps ensure your needs are truly supported.
Initial Intake
Appointment
$170
Your intake appointment is our first session together. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals more in depth, your history, and any concerns you’re facing. By the end of the intake, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me will look like, and together we’ll create a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your needs.
Individual
Psychotherapy
$150 (53-60minute)
I offer one on one individual therapy for adults 18+ navigating life transitions, identity exploration, first-generation issues, high stress working professionals, complex trauma, depression, & anxiety. Telehealth only at this time.
Insurance Accepted:
Please note: I am currently paneled with Headway and can accept certain insurance plans under, Aetna, BCS and United Healthcare. It is the client’s responsibility to best understand insurance benefits. Headway will directly reach out to you regarding any billing or insurance related matters.
It is your responsibility to verify any changes to your insurance plan, including updates to your coverage, deductible, or network participation. If your insurance changes or your deductible resets, you will be responsible for any changes to your financial responsibility.
